The Whiteoaks Wordsworth® system is central to our approach and drives our ability to provide clients with delivery of a completely transparent public relations service. Using our Wordsworth® system, we make firm commitments to all our clients regarding the activity we will deliver (vehicles) and the results we will achieve (quantity and quality of media coverage). We then 'put our money where our mouth is' by offering formal service level agreements based on both the inputs (activities) and the outputs (results) - enabling us to offer all clients a pro-rata fee rebate if we do not deliver on our performance commitments.
