Autodesk Tells its Story to Over One Million Readers

When Autodesk wanted to announce its new suite of products to Northern Europe, Whiteoaks pulled out all the stops.  It turned what could have been a logistical nightmare into a smoothly-run, centralised event at a glamorous London location overlooking the Thames. 

Whiteoaks managed all aspects of the event from content generation, creative development of the branding, staging and developing presentations to liaising with the venue and catering teams.  Plus, of course, securing the attendance of over 50 of the region’s top-tier journalists.

The media flew in from every country in the region including Holland, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden.  Together with journalists from the UK they represented over one million readers.  And they all went away with a good story - Whiteoaks secured key Autodesk customers to present real case studies to the media, complementing the technical product briefings and corporate vision provided earlier in the day.
